#LI-NB1You will work a twelve-hour rotating shift schedule (seven days on / seven days off / seven days on-call) reporting to the Production SuperintendentFollow all safety policies, procedures, and permit requirements; support a strong safety culture; report safety incidents and near misses; and ensure proper hazard recognition, HWP use, and LOTO proceduresEnsure compliance with all environmental regulations, permits, and company policies while maintaining product quality standards and supporting quality programs and auditsOperate and control processes to achieve required flows, pressures, purities, and performance targetsFurther, monitor product purity, inventory, pressure, and equipment performance to identify abnormalitiesTrack and support production KPIs and performance goals. Use the EAM system to manage maintenance work orders and activitiesSupport maintenance teams in maintaining plant, buildings, and equipmentRead and interpret P&IDs and control loop logic, understand process interactions, and apply knowledge of air separation processes and system operationsMonitor efficiency metrics, including compressor performance, distillation, and cooling systems, and operate and monitor systems using HMI and remote plant controlsAlso, follow all operational procedures, alerts, and technical bulletins, communicate operational deviations to plant leadership promptly, and complete required LMS and on-the-job training within established timelines
