Production Tech 2 (DL) is an essential intermediate position within the Creation Technologies, tasked with handling moderately complex production technical process activities, advanced troubleshooting, and contributing to improvement projects. This role is a steppingstone for professionals looking to deepen their manufacturing technical expertise, offering a blend of hands-on experience and involvement in improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include advanced troubleshooting down to the root cause level and identification of
process improvement opportunities. This role supports technical activities under the guidance of the production team. This position demands a proactive approach, technical proficiency, and a commitment to continuous learning and
teamwork.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $19.66-$35.10. Full-time employees are also eligible for performance based bonuses and benefits.
