Production Technician / Warehouse Assembler
Location: Georgetown, TX 78626
Shift: A or B Shifts
- A Shift; Sunday- Tuesday and every other Wednesday 6am-6pm
- B Shift; Thursday-Saturday and every other Wednesday 6am-6pm
Pay: $20.00/hour

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Technician / Warehouse Assembler to join our team. This position involves assembling products and components, preparing and organizing materials, inspecting completed work, and supporting daily production operations.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble products and components according to work instructions and production specifications.
- Use basic hand tools and production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Prepare, stage, and organize materials for production.
- Follow production schedules and meet daily productivity goals.
- Inspect products and components for quality, accuracy, and defects.
- Package and label completed products for shipment or the next stage of production.
- Maintain accurate counts of materials and finished products.
- Move materials throughout the warehouse and production area as needed.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
- Report quality issues, damaged materials, or production concerns to supervisors.
- Work as part of a team to meet production and shipping deadlines.
- Perform additional warehouse and production duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
- Previous experience using hand tools is a plus.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work at a steady pace in a production environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must successfully pass a reading and comprehension assessment.
- Experience with scanners, inventory systems, or production equipment is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required.
- Ability to perform repetitive assembly and production tasks.
- Must be able to follow all safety requirements and wear required PPE.
