We’re hiring a Production Team Lead to join a growing manufacturing operation in the Fargo area. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working alongside their team, solving problems, and keeping production running safely and efficiently.
This position offers a great weekday schedule with no weekends, competitive starting pay of $23+/hour based on experience, and an opportunity to grow within an established manufacturing environment.
What You'll be Doing:
Lead, train, and support production team members throughout the day
Assign daily work priorities to help meet production goals and deadlines
Work alongside the production team and serve as a backup across different workstations
Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are consistently followed
Assist with troubleshooting equipment, machine setup, and production issues
Help identify opportunities to improve workflow and overall efficiency
Coordinate material usage and work orders
Complete production-related data entry within the company’s ERP system
Support cross-training and employee development
Promote a positive, team-oriented production environment
Who We're Looking For:
Previous leadership or team lead experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort operating manufacturing equipment
Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to jump in and help the team
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Comfortable working with computers and ERP systems
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and safety
Ability to communicate effectively and keep a team on track
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to manage changing priorities
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a production environment
What Our Client Offers:
Starting pay of $23+/hour based on experience
Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM, and Friday, 7:00 AM–11:00 AM
