Production Team Lead

This role is ideal for someone with strong machine operating experience who is also comfortable stepping into a leadership role to support, guide, and assist the production team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on with equipment while also helping ensure the team stays on track and production runs smoothly.

We are currently seeking a Lead Machine Operator to join our Primary Operations team. This role is ideal for someone with strong machine operating experience who is also comfortable stepping into a leadership role to support, guide, and assist the production team.

Responsibilities

• 
  Operate production machinery within the Primary Operations department
  
• 
  Support daily production activities and help keep the team running efficiently
  
• 
  Provide guidance and assistance to machine operators as needed
  
• 
  Assist with troubleshooting minor machine issues
  
• 
  Help ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety procedures are met
  
• 
  Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
  

Qualifications

• 
  Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment
  
• 
  Prior lead or team leadership experience preferred
  
• 
  Ability to support and guide a production team
  
• 
  Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  
• 
  Reliable with a strong work ethic
