What You'll Do as a Production Support Technician (2nd Shift):- Provide support for production equipment and manufacturing services
- Work with operators to maximize machine utilization and efficiency
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize production downtime
- Assist with product changeovers and machine setup activities
- Support engineering teams with quality and process improvements
- Collaborate with production supervisors to prioritize daily tasks
- Operate production lines and perform facility or grounds maintenance as needed
What You Need to Bring to the Production Support Technician (2nd Shift) Role:- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Basic electronics knowledge
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Post-secondary education in electronics, hydraulics, robotics, maintenance, or a related technical field preferred
- One year or more of electronic assembly experience preferred
- Familiarity with pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLCs preferred
- Ability to pass any required pre-employment screenings
