Production Support Supervisor

JOB DUTIES -

• Prepare for the operation of production lines during the new factory construction project.
• Assist the Project Manager with comprehensive preparation before the hiring of the Production Team Leader.
• Manage investment costs and oversee contract enactment and execution related to facilities.
• Develop and implement the Manufacturing Line Setting Plan.
• Manage manufacturing item data and conduct operational cost simulations.
• Establish and manage standards for new IT system implementation.
• Attend and support headquarters IT project (Production) meetings.
• Oversee production staff scheduling, cost management, material ordering, and logistics support post-construction.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in relevant major
• 3~4 years of experience in production role within the food industry
• Experience in production planning or cost management preferred
• Proficiency in documentation and Excel Skills
• Strong communication skills and effective interdepartmental coordination
