Responsibilities

• Assist with RFQs related to pipe fabrication and coating
• Manage and process ISO transmittals
• Track and monitor RFIs, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation as needed
• Support overall production coordination efforts
• Monitor internal and external shop schedules to ensure alignment with project timelines
• Stay up to date on project progress and provide status updates when needed
• Enter and maintain fabrication cost data for reporting and analysis
• Assist with purchase order (PO) approvals
• Manage the production inbox, routing requests to appropriate team members

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PDF editing tools preferred
• Previous experience in production support, manufacturing, or a related field is a plus
