Title: Production Support Engineer
Location: Plano, TX Onsite
Duration: Initial 6 Months
We are seeking a Production Support Engineer to provide technical support and ensure the stability, availability, and performance of production applications. The ideal candidate will monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and work closely with development and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and maintain business continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor production applications and systems for performance and availability.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within SLA timelines.
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
Support incident, problem, and change management processes.
Coordinate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
Maintain production support documentation and operational procedures.
Participate in on-call support and production deployments as needed.
