Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Production Support and AI-forward DevOps Engineer. This role is crucial for maintaining application stability while driving automation, standardization, reliability, and continuous improvement across the Lending ecosystem.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Production Support and ITIL Operations, including incident, problem, vulnerability, change, and release management.
• Proficiency in production monitoring and troubleshooting, batch and file-processing support, root cause analysis, environment and deployment management.
• Experience in API integration and support, identity and access management (IAM), disaster recovery planning and execution, platform reliability, and service availability.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline implementation and support, cloud platform administration, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), scripting and automation using Python and PowerShell.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, CMDB, Control-M, Datadog, ELK/Kibana, SolarWinds, ThousandEyes, Active Directory/Entra ID, CyberArk, SQL, Confluence, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Git, SonarQube, Invicti, Rapid7, Azure Portal, Azure services and functions, Co-Pilot, Informatica, Terraform, Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with WAB operational processes, monitoring standards, change controls, release management, platform reliability practices, and RTB support.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Maintain application stability while driving automation, standardization, reliability, and continuous improvement across the Lending ecosystem.
• Support and manage production environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-forward solutions into DevOps practices.
