    Production Supervisor — 2nd Shift | South Windsor, CT (Onsite)

    Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
    Employment Type: Full-time | Onsite
    Team Size: Supervises 15–25 employees (permanent & temporary)

    We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead production operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is responsible for workforce leadership, workflow coordination, quality control, and ensuring production goals and client SLAs are consistently met.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily production operations and supervise 15–25 team members

    • Receive and distribute materials from the warehouse to the production floor

    • Verify materials, media, and job accuracy prior to sign-off

    • Ensure operators receive proper technical, quality, ISO, and cross-training

    • Support labor efficiency by cross-training staff and aligning the workforce to the right equipment

    • Manage and optimize the use of Bindery, Insertion, Postal Sort, and related mail-industry equipment

    • Prioritize and complete jobs on the Must-Mail list and track high-priority (hot) jobs

    • Coordinate with Print Room, Forms, Inkjet, and Scheduling teams to support SLA commitments

    • Provide warehouse teams with lead-time for material needs and inventory accuracy

    • Partner with outside vendors for labor planning and sorting needs

    • Maintain and enforce safety standards across the production floor

    • Coach, mentor, and develop team members; conduct performance reviews and support career growth

    • Lead staffing, training, scheduling, performance, and workforce engagement initiatives

    About the Role

    This position plays a key leadership role in ensuring operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and production quality. The Supervisor is accountable for labor management, cost-per-unit performance, and continuous improvement across production lines while supporting a collaborative and high-performance culture.

    This is an onsite position located at a Broadridge facility.
