The Production Supervisor is responsible for driving Safety, Quality and Accuracy objectives across site operations. This includes managing a cohort of leads and their team members. The team is responsable for maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Education and Experience Required:
- Minimum High School diploma with some college or technical school preferred.
- 2 - 5 years manufacturing experience
- 5-7 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Create and oversee an employee training schedule that emphasizes productivity and resource conservation.
- Evaluate each area of the manufacturing process to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Enforce safety policies and procedures (both in-house and regulatory) to decrease the potential for employee injuries on the job.
- Assume responsibility for manufacturing processes in the plant.
- Inspect products during run to ensure good quality of product.
- Maintain open lines of communication between employees and management.
- Ensure all resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly.
- Ensure all procedures are being followed to achieve good quality of product.
- Check all run are closed out efficiently and everything is correct.
- Ensure consistent compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Create and Maintain the element of a 5's system and link it to Quality.
- Set and maintain the expectation of the Quality Standards for the processing floor.
- Maintaining necessary records
