West Monroe, LA

Pay Rate: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Shift: 40-60 hours per week

Experience Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience required
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer and documentation skills
• Ability to maintain accountability and motivate employees
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented

Job Duties

• Supervise production employees throughout the shift
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance needs
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and work instructions
• Coordinate workflow to maximize production efficiency
• Coach, mentor, and support production team members
• Track attendance, productivity, and shift performance
• Conduct routine production floor walkthroughs
• Resolve employee and operational issues as they arise
• Complete production reports and communicate updates to management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment around production equipment
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial setting
