What You’ll Do
Lead and support production teams in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
Ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met each shift
Assign staffing, monitor equipment readiness, and maintain documentation
Coach, train, and develop team members
Enforce procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
Work Environment
Temperature‑controlled manufacturing environment with regular exposure to cold
Occasional exposure to vibration
Loud noise levels typical of manufacturing operations

Requirements (Must Haves)
High school diploma or equivalent
Leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, logistics, maintenance, or military service
Ability to work in a structured, fast‑paced environment
Basic computer and communication skills

Compensation Range: $65,000.00 - $101,000.00 USD Annual
The posted compensation range reflects Tyson Foods Inc. national average range for this role. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors, including geographic location, relevant experience, qualifications, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
