Our North American operations are growing, offering a collaborative, fast-paced environment where employees have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact and growth together with the company.Position Summary:  The Production Supervisor oversees the daily production of Ookii Buns to ensure targets for output, quality, and food safety are consistently achieved. This role is responsible for planning and coordinating production schedules, staffing, and workflow to maximize efficiency while maintaining compliance with GMP, HACCP, and company standards. The Production Supervisor also collaborates with cross-functional teams, troubleshoots operational issues, and leads, trains, and supports production staff to ensure smooth and safe operations.Key Responsibilities:  Manage daily production of Ookii Buns to ensure production targets, quality, and food safety requirements are achieved.Develop and maintain daily and weekly production schedules based on customer demand, labor availability, and production efficiency.Coordinate staffing and workflow to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.Ensure recipes, processing procedures, and production specifications are followed according to R&D instructions.Monitor production performance and troubleshoot operational issues to minimize delays.Maintain FIFO and lot code traceability throughout the production process.Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure raw materials and packaging are available for scheduled production.Work closely with QA to ensure GMP, HACCP, and food safety requirements are consistently followed.Train, coach, and supervise production team members while maintaining a safe working environment.Maintain production records, inventory records, and production schedules using Microsoft Excel and other company systems. Additional Responsibilities:Perform other duties as assigned.The Company reserves the right to modify, add, or remove duties and responsibilities of this role as needed to meet business requirements.Qualifications: RequiredHigh School DiplomaEnglish proficiency in both oral and writtenPrevious supervisory or lead experience in a bakery, commercial baking, or similar food manufacturing environmentExperience managing daily production operations and schedulesIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use formulas to develop and maintain production schedules and accurately track production dataKnowledge of GMP, food safety, sanitation, and FIFO principlesActively listens and communicates clearly and effectively in both verbal and written forms, adapting to the audience as neededStrong leadership skills to lead team and motivate employeesAbility to work effectively in a team environmentAbility to work onsite (remote work is not an option)Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis at the time the employment begins and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status.
