Description
This position is NonExempt. Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half. Supervise non-exempt manufacturing personnel for instrument final assembly manufacturing of various product lines. Coordinate day to day activities. Provide input on manufacturability, ergonomics, test improvements, routings and capacity. Operate and manage department within budget. Must be willing to work on a 3rd shift as needed. Prior supervisory experience required.
