Description:
The Judge Group is seeking a Production Supervisor for a forest product manufacturing company located in the Rock Hill, SC area.

Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Rock Hill, SC
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
Relocation: YES 

Responsibilities
•Coordinate daily activities of production employees
•Oversee supervision, safety, product quality, and training
•Manage workflow, manpower utilization, and communication
•Administer company policies and procedures
•Support continuous improvement and BIC (Best in Class) practices
•Maintain environmental awareness
•Facilitate payroll and ensure adherence to the employee handbook

Qualifications
•High School Diploma/GED
•Strong communication, problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills
•Ability to work well with people and support change in a quality focused environment
•Computer skills required
•Preferred
•Technical/formal training
•2–4 years manufacturing experience
•Knowledge of wood products manufacturing
