Description
Production Supervisor needs 1 year of supervisory experience.
Production Supervisor requires:
5am-1:30 pm w/OT Required
Associate degree
3+ years of experience in a production environment, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Ability to read, interpret documents, and write routine reports and correspondence.
Effective verbal communication skills.
Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to perform fundamental tasks on a computer. This includes proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word. MS PowerPoint and MS Access experience a plus.
Ability to adhere to delegation of authority and lead by management's instructions.
Attendance is an essential job requirement, including punctuality and reliability.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Must be able to work extended and flexible hours to include weekends as needed.
Production Supervisor duties:
Required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Talk and hear and occasionally required to sit.
Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift 50 + with the assistance of other employees or equipment.
