JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Work with GM to coordinate jobs in house and schedules for job completion utilizing data analysis.
- Coordinate schedule and production requirements with employees, department heads and supervisors to meet goals and deadlines.
- Delegate work to all production employees according to schedule
- Oversee our production processes and work with all the departments to improve production efficiency and quality.
- Supervision of production employees, departments, and projects so that projects flow properly and correct any bottlenecks in the processing.
- Keep overhead to a minimum. This includes monitoring the schedules, production level of employees, overtime, any necessary disciplinary actions,
- Assist with developing corrective actions.
- Working with customers to meet deadlines and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Make sure employees have all the equipment needed to complete their jobs safely by working with the Safety and Compliance Specialist and General Manager.
- Work closely with other departments to implement company policies and goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
SKILLS and REQUIREMENTS:
- Manufacturing Management over 5 years.
- Supervisory Experience – 5 years.
- Organized.
- Detail Oriented.
- Efficient.
- Problem Solver.
- Independent worker.
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Strong Excel, Microsoft Office and ERP Software experience.
- Bilingual – English/Spanish a plus.
- Six Sigma Certification a plus.
May be required to perform other duties, as necessary.

Salary commensurate with experience $60,000 - $65,000 per year.
