Great opportunity to oversee an experience production floorStable and growing organization A successful Shift Supervisor should have: Previous leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.

• Supervise and lead a team of production associates, technicians, and operators during your assigned shift
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery goals
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance and tooling teams to minimize downtime
• Support troubleshooting efforts on molding equipment and manufacturing processes
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, work instructions, and operating procedures
• Train, mentor, and develop employees while fostering a positive team environment
• Coordinate shift handoffs and communicate production priorities across departments
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce waste
