Production Supervisor
Phoenix, AZ- 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (100% onsite)

$33- $36 an hour (70k-75k salary upon conversion)

Immediate hire for a Production Supervisor responsible for supervising and coordinating daily production activities to meet output targets (e.g., units per day, efficiency goals). Lead, coach, and develop production employees to ensure high performance and engagement. Monitor and enforce safety procedures and company policies at all times. Ensure product quality standards are consistently met; address defects and implement corrective actions. Track and report production metrics, including productivity, downtime, scrap, and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. Identify process improvements and implement lean manufacturing practices. Maintain proper staffing levels and assist with scheduling, training, and performance management. Enforce attendance, timekeeping, and workplace policies consistently. Support onboarding and training of new hires to ensure successful integration into production. Ensures that production goals are met while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience in Industial decision making, must have industrial industry experience.
  • Heavy maintanence background
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in automotive manufacturing or remanufacturing
  • Strong understanding of production processes, quality standards, and safety practices
  • Experience in high-volume, fast-paced production environments
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement
Bonus Skills:
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Six Sigma is a plus
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
