ABOUT THE ROLE
Position supports and works collaboratively with other OP Supervisors, Management, and Sales to deliver defect free material on-time to internal and external customers as required. Oversees production builds and flow from multi-facetted machines, producing key components for Protect All Flooring and Duro-Last Roof Membrane accessory products, including team member training and development, reporting, record keeping, and employee time tracking. The Supervisor conducts all operations with a high level of stewardship in accordance with our STIR philosophy of Safety, Teamwork, Integrity, and Respect that eliminates injuries, prevents pollution, and minimizes waste to our environment.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Education: Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred or minimum of 5 years of previous supervisory experience
Additional Education Preferred:
Field of Study Preferred: Plastics/Chemical
Required Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory position; plastics extrusion experience a plus
Required Computer and Software Skills: Position will require typing, basic computer skills, Office products such as Word, Excel, Power Point, and UKG payroll system.
Travel Requirements: Minimal;
