Position Overview

We're looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations in a fast-paced aseptic production environment. You'll oversee production teams, schedules, safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement while building a high-performance culture.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, develop, and manage production employees
• Coordinate production schedules, startups, shutdowns, and changeovers
• Monitor workflow, output, product quality, OEE, and efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement and resolve production issues
• Lead shift huddles and ensure effective communication across teams
• Promote and enforce Safety, Quality, GMP, GFSI, and company standards
• Participate in safety and quality audits and corrective actions
• Conduct accident and near-miss investigations
• Support employee training, development, performance management, and engagement
• Maintain strong technical knowledge of production equipment and aseptic processes

Requirements

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably food, process, high-speed packaging, or Form-Fill-Seal
• 2+ years of supervisory, management, or team-lead experience
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of aseptic processes/equipment
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP/HMI systems
• Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment

Strongly Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Demonstrated success driving process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills

Salary Description

$85,000 - $100,000
