    Night Shift

    4:30 PM to 3 AM

    Position Summary:

    Key Responsibilities

    • Responsible for guiding department staff to meet production goals.
    • Responsible for communicating department and staffing needs with Operations Manager.
    • Responsible for staffing and performance management.
    • Maintains compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Responsible for maintaining proper maintenance on equipment in assigned production area.
    • Responsible for identifying and implementing Continuous Improvement initiatives.
    • Responsible for all training activities within the department.
    • Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in collaborative manner with customers, suppliers, co-workers, and management.
    • Support and help develop their team with professional development short and long term goals.
    • Helps company meet its Strategic, Quality and Safety objectives.
    • Other duties may be assigned.

    Job Requirements/Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED
    • 3-5 years of related work experience.
    • Intermediate computer knowledge (Windows, email, internet, etc.)
    • Written and verbal communication, math, reading, and spelling skills.
    • Advanced Microsoft Office, ERP, and Shop Floor Manager experience
    • OR-
    • An acceptable combination of education and experience

    Functional & Cognitive Requirements of Position

    • This position requires walking, sitting, or standing to a significant degree.
    • Must have the ability to lift 70 pounds from floor to waist, carry 50 pounds, and push and/or pull up to 100 pounds.
    • Must have the ability to climb ladders and/or stairs.
    • Stooping, crouching, kneeling, and bending.
    • Handling, feeling, and gripping would be required for some activities.
    • Visual acuity is required to inspect work completed.
    • This role may be subject to internal and external environmental conditions.
