As a Production Supervisor (Night Shift) your roles and responsibilities will include:

The client is seeking Production Supervisors to lead manufacturing operations at its Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania facility. The Production Supervisor will oversee a team of approximately 10 35 employees, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production while meeting operational and customer requirements.
The supervisor will be responsible for team leadership, production performance, safety, quality, continuous improvement, employee development, and daily manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage production employees while maintaining EHS and safety standards.
• Coach and develop hourly employees and promote employee engagement.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, standardized work, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify problems and perform root-cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
• Monitor production, quality, safety, and delivery metrics and take corrective action.
• Manage daily crew assignments, scheduling, production flow, and overtime.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Ensure production targets and customer requirements are achieved.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and labor agreements.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, engineering, and other departments.
• Communicate production priorities and performance expectations effectively.
• Support overall plant performance and business objectives.

Schedule
This is a 12-hour night-shift position, working 6:00 PM 6:00 AM on a rotating 2-3-2 schedule.

Most importantly, you need to be a passionate Production Supervisor (Night Shift) who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal Production Supervisor (Night Shift) would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:
Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 3+ years of manufacturing, industrial, farming, or military experience.
• At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• No visa sponsorship available.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor s degree.
• Unionized manufacturing experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Data-driven and results-oriented approach.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access
