    About Company

Since 1903, the Westby Cooperative Creamery, located in the “Heart of Dairy Country” in Westby, WI, has been producing high-quality cultured and hard cheese dairy goods under the same principle since day 1 – small production batches and top quality milk make for a great product. The Westby Cooperative Creamery is farmer-owned, meaning the more than 200 farmers and their families who supply milk daily to the creamery, own the business. Our farmer-owners share a philosophy in ensuring the best welfare to their animals with rBST-Free milk*; no hormones are injected into the cow to make them produce more milk. The Westby Cooperative Creamery has thrived over the years on its rich tradition and loyal customer base. As the coop looks to expand its product line across the nation, whether through the Westby brand or private label opportunities, our commitment to creating the best quality cottage cheeses, sour creams, dips, yogurts, cream cheeses and organic products will never change. With over 110 years in business, you could say we know a thing or two about customer satisfaction.
