Production Supervisor

Overview

We’re looking for a reliable Production Supervisor to lead daily operations in our food manufacturing facility. This role oversees production teams, ensures food safety compliance, and supports efficient, high‑quality output.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support production staff to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals
• Ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP, and company standards
• Monitor line performance and coordinate with maintenance when needed
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Partner with QA to ensure product quality
• Promote a safe, clean, and efficient work environment

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of GMPs and food safety practices
• Effective leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Preferred

• Experience with lean/continuous improvement
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Familiarity with SQF or other GFSI programs
