Qualifications
Required bachelors degree or higher in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
Minimum 2+ years managing production teams within aerospace, semiconductor, or automotive industries.
Hands-on experience with production processes, equipment, and industry standards such as ISO 9001 and AS9100D.
Proven leadership skills in supervising and developing manufacturing or production teams.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies, production metrics, and quality control.
Experience with process development, optimization, and corrective/preventive actions.
Familiarity with safety programs and training development.
Bilingual ability in English and Vietnamese preferred.
