Production Supervisor

Hourly $22 - $25 + Benefits in the Memphis, TN Area

What you'll do as the Production Supervisor:

· Lead and motivate production teams across multiple production lines.

· Coach employees, develop skills, and build a positive team environment.

· Coordinate staffing, schedules, materials, and daily production goals.

· Monitor safety, quality, productivity, and performance metrics.

· Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement.

· Work closely with team leads and management to keep operations on track.

What we are looking for in the Production Supervisor:

· High School diploma or GED minimum

· Experience as team lead or production supervisor in a manufacturing plant.

· Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to motivate teams and hold employees accountable.

· Understanding of production schedules, safety, and quality standards.

· A positive, hands-on leadership style and willingness to take initiative.
