Production Supervisor

Production & Inventor Supervisor - 34546

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage production planning and scheduling based on customer demand.
• Build and maintain Excel spreadsheets to track inventory, production needs, and schedules.
• Coordinate with purchasing to ensure raw materials are available when needed.
• Help direct production activities to meet required output.
• Support process improvements and the use of new manufacturing technologies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with production planning, demand planning, scheduling, or inventory management.
• Strong Excel skills, including the ability to build spreadsheets and tracking tools from scratch.
• Ability to coordinate materials and production needs in a manufacturing environment.
• A hands-on, dependable approach and interest in making a long-term impact.

THE OPPORTUNITY

• On-site role in Marshville, NC, along Highway 74.

• Direct interaction with company ownership and an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on daily operations.
• Compensation of $60,000-$80,000, plus discretionary bonus.
