As Production Supervisor, you will partner with the Production Manager in providing direction and oversight to the production team members.
Responsibilities include:
- Communicate operating targets and progress against standards and expectations.
- Assist with hiring, training and coaching.
- Motivate the team regularly and ensure efficient operations by troubleshooting bottlenecks and working side by side with team members through the processes.
- Utilize all employees efficiently and effectively to achieve production quotas
- Rotate and cross train employees in order that they may be able to do several jobs as necessary
- Monitor performance through the use of employee attainment recordkeeping
- High energy level, strong leadership skills, independent thinker
- Maintain clean work environment

Education, Experience, Training Required:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably with a big box chain.
- Consumer retail or thrift businesses preferred
- 2 years or more of managing teams through goal setting, productivity measurements and achieving targeted results
