70-year-old (and growing!) industrial components engineering & manufacturing company has an opening for a Production Supervisor on the 2nd / mid-shift (Monday through Thursday 12/Noon – 10:30 pm).

Duties:
- Lead daily mechanical (machined parts) assembly operations in a low-volume, high-mix manufacturing environment
- Develop, coach, and hold production employees accountable
- Lead continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost
- Monitor production KPIs and performance
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence initiatives
- Collaborate across Production, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Supply Chain departments
- Enter and follow assembly data in company’s ERP system
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or technical education/degree
- 5+ years of manufacturing/assembly experience
- 2+ years of experience in a production supervisor role
- Experience working in a machining/machine shop environment
- Experience working with an ERP/MRP system
- Ability to work on the mid/2nd-shift
- Experience working in a low-volume, high-mix manufacturing environment
- Ability to pass a drug test
Salary: $85-95K
