Position: Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily manufacturing operations and production staff.

• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.

• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and workflow optimization.

• Conduct employee coaching, performance reviews, and corrective actions.

• Monitor KPIs including productivity, scrap rates, downtime, and efficiency.

• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Operations teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.

• Experience managing hourly production employees.

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• ERP/MRP experience preferred.
