Production Supervisor

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training.

Employee Leadership

• Supervise, coach, and develop production team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and create employee development plans.
• Promote employee engagement, accountability, and teamwork

Travel Requirements

• Travel approximately 30% of the time to manufacturing facilities, customer locations, training events, and operational meetings.
• Support implementation of safety initiatives, process improvements, and standardization efforts across multiple sites.
• Conduct site assessments, production reviews, and compliance audits.
