Our client is an established food manufacturing organization serving national customers through a large-scale production and distribution network. Lead and coordinate production activities across multiple processing lines.
Direct daily workflow to ensure throughput, labor, and quality targets are achieved.
Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and support to hourly production employees.
Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Sanitation, and Warehouse teams to maintain smooth operations.
Monitor staffing levels and adjust labor assignments as business needs change.
Ensure adherence to GMP, food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards.
Investigate process issues and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Support continuous improvement efforts aimed at increasing production efficiency.
Deliver effective shift handoffs and operational communication to plant leadership.

Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience within manufacturing or production environments.
Background in food manufacturing, protein processing, cold storage, refrigerated operations, or similar industries.
Experience managing large hourly teams in a labor-intensive environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to operate independently.
Bilingual English/Spanish required.
ERP or manufacturing system experience preferred.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Base salary: $80,000 to $90,000
Discretionary bonus opportunity: 10% to 15%
