Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing activities, lead a team of production employees, ensure food safety and quality standards are met, and drive operational efficiency within a fast-paced production environment. Description

• Manage daily manufacturing operations for second shift
• Lead, coach, and develop hourly production employees
• Ensure production schedules and performance goals are achieved
• Monitor staffing, productivity, yield, and operational efficiency
• Maintain compliance with GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and food safety standards
• Partner with cross-functional departments to resolve production issues
• Track and report operational performance metrics
• Support continuous improvement and modernization initiatives
• Drive employee accountability, engagement, and safety performance

Profile

• 2-5+ years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing
• Demonstrated success leading teams in a fast-paced production environment
• Conversational Spanish required
• Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, food safety, and production processes
• Excellent communication and employee development capabilities

Job Offer

• Base salary: $85,000 - $95,000

The salary range for this role is 85,000-95,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
