Our client is a well-known family brand. They have been a leading manufacturer for over 100 years and continue to grow. They are in need of a hands-on Production Supervisor for 3rd shift.

As Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing 3rd shift production
Developing, leading, implementing process improvements
Reducing scrap
Coaching, training and mentoring employees
Reporting metrics
Meeting production goals
Resolving production issues
To be considered for the Production Supervisor position you must have:
Previous manufacturing supervision experience
Experience with Lean Manufacturing is a plus
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work 3rd shift
Experience in chemical, consumer products, OR high speed manufacturing is a plus
