Production Supervisor

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure production goals are met, and maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Production Supervisor - 1st Shift

Responsibilities:

• Supervise employees and ensure production schedules are met.

• Assign work, train new employees, and monitor performance.

• Resolve production issues and improve productivity.

• Maintain quality standards, records, and safe work practices.

• Ensure good housekeeping and compliance with safety procedures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 5–10 years of manufacturing experience.

• At least 2 years of management experience.

• Forklift license and HazWOPER training required.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with plating specs and company spec library 
• Working knowledge of our plating process characteristics and limitations Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
