Provide environment which stimulates team member's involvement & personal growth by maintaining communications, soliciting suggestions, development training plan, attendance records, performance improvement, standardized work, support team meetings, job rotation, and work with UAW to resolve problems.
Understand and comply with the terms of local and national labor agreements.
Inform management and others outside the work group of developments as they occur.
Maintains department records.
Maintain awareness of quality standards and processes, communicate department quality goals and leverage resources to solve quality problems. Implements problem solving processes.
Liaise with customers for quality problems and co-ordinate countermeasures.
Respond to work environment to meet production schedule.
Ensure cost control achieves budget needs.
Ensure Client is followed.
Requirements:
GED and High School Diploma.
2 to 3 years of stamping experience is ideal, but 2 to 3 years of manufacturing automotive is required
Computer skills to put together graphs and manage time keeping.
Organizational skills (Managing different task).
Have the ability to learn and be a sponge.
