Location: Juliette, GA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–4:00 PM
Pay: $26.00–$28.00/hour

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team of 20+ employees. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on safety, production, quality, employee development, and meeting daily production goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage 20+ production employees.
• Plan and schedule daily production activities.
• Monitor productivity, quality, safety, and workflow.
• Coach employees and provide performance feedback.
• Identify production issues and implement solutions.
• Use Microsoft Excel and computer systems to track production.
• Work hands-on with the production team as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous management/supervisory experience required.
• Production or manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong people-management and communication skills.
• Experience with production planning and scheduling.
• Strong computer and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong problem-solving and ownership mentality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
