Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor will oversee second-shift manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently achieved. The candidate will lead and develop production employees, coordinate workflow, address operational challenges, and work cross-functionally with engineering and quality teams to optimize performance.

• Supervise and support production employees while fostering a positive team environment.
• Coordinate production schedules and adjust priorities to meet customer demands.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and equipment performance throughout the shift.
• Manage employee attendance, timekeeping, overtime, training, and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, safety, and product quality.

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience within manufacturing.

• Proven ability to coach employees and implement process improvements.
