Key Requirements:

• Manufacturing or production environment experience required
• Knowledge of pipe manufacturing processes and machinery
• Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills
• Effective communication skills
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities with a hands-on shop floor presence
• Experience in composite manufacturing (FRP/GRE preferred)
• Familiarity with ERP systems (work orders, production tracking, reporting)
• Experience managing a crew of ~30 operators
• Ability to train and develop operators
• Proven ability to maintain a professional, collaborative relationship with management

Shifts:

• Monday - Friday 
• 7:00 am - 5:00 pm 
• Weekends/ OT as needed 

Duration:

• Temp to perm after 90 day probationary period
