Guardian Glass is seeking you to become our next Production Supervisor at our Float Glass Facility in Geneva, NY!

As a Production Supervisor, you are responsible for developing your team into a high performing unit while advancing our vision and culture. You will do this by recognizing the unique skillset of your team members and aligning them in a way that creates personal fulfillment and value for the company. For this role, we anticipate paying $75,000 - $90,000 per year.
