We are working with an established food production company based in Frederick, MD. They are recruiting for a
**Production Supervisor
**to join their team during their 3rd shift in return for a salary in the region of
**$70,000 - $80,000

Key Responsibilities include:
- Supervise production, warehouse, and sanitation teams to ensure safe, quality food production.
- Assign personnel to workstations and coordinate staffing and break schedules.
- Monitor production performance and achieve KPI targets for output, quality, waste, and downtime.
- Coordinate with Maintenance to ensure timely repairs and completion of preventative maintenance.
- Train, coach, and evaluate employees while promoting a positive team environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, GMP, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Identify and resolve production issues to maintain efficiency and production goals.
- Complete shift reports and communicate operational issues to management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Support warehouse operations and material flow to meet production demands.
Qualifications & Experience required:
- Previous Production Supervisor, Shift Supervisor, or Manufacturing Leadership experience required.
- Food manufacturing, food processing, or packaging industry experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, training, and employee development skills.
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to monitor production KPIs and drive operational improvements.
- Basic computer and math skills required.
- HACCP Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
