Now hiring: Production Supervisor

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Salary: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year (Based on Experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 3rd Shift, 10 PM-6 AM | Training is required on 1st shift for 4+ weeks

This Production Supervisor job is for leaders who deliver. You've done the grind. You know the flow. Now it's time to step into a leadership role where you'll drive production performance, lead a team of 15+ employees, and ensure on-time delivery in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on supervisory position with direct impact on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Production Supervisor Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; manufacturing management or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience managing 15+ employees in a high-volume production environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience in production operations, troubleshooting, and quality control.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Experience in fast-paced, quick-turn manufacturing environments.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and manage multiple workflows.
  • Experience with digital printing, mail production, or G7 color management preferred.
  • Knowledge of postal regulations and mailing operations is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including extended hours and weekends during peak periods.

Production Supervisor Job Duties:

  • Oversee daily production workflow, staffing, scheduling, and output targets.
  • Monitor productivity, quality, and safety standards to ensure operational excellence.
  • Provide coaching, performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement support.
  • Coordinate daily communication between shifts and departments regarding production status and staffing needs.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to maintain efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and operational standards.
  • Document and communicate employee performance and production issues accurately.
  • Support digital print and insertion operations, including roll-fed and sheet-fed equipment.
  • Work extended hours or weekends during peak production periods as needed.
