    Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Production Supervisor role in Fort Mill, SC.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Supervise and coordinate daily production operations on the Pitman Night schedule, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
    · Lead, mentor, and motivate production team members to achieve performance, quality, and safety goals.
    · Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions to maintain efficiency and throughput in a high-volume environment.
    · Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards.
    · Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, quality, and engineering, to resolve production challenges and optimize processes.
    · Train and develop team members, providing coaching and performance feedback.
    · Maintain accurate records of production activities, staffing, and performance results.
    · Drive a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement on the production floor.

     

    Qualifications:

    · Minimum 3 years’ experience in a high-volume production supervisory role.
    · Deep understanding of the Pitman Night schedule and ability to effectively manage staffing and production planning around it.
    · Strong leadership skills with proven ability to lead diverse teams.
    · Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
    · Local candidates will be prioritized due to the immediate need to fill this role.
    · Spanish or Mandarin language skills are highly desirable. Relocation support will be considered for bilingual candidates.
    · Ability to work nights and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic production environment.

    · Competitive salary commensurate with experience. $80,000-90,000 DOE.
