1st Shift Assembly Supervisor

Compensation: $75,000/year

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (flexible until 3:30 PM)Location: Monroe, NC

We are seeking a hands-on Assembly Supervisor to lead daily assembly line operations in our climate-controlled facility. You will oversee production targets, ensure top-tier quality standards, and mentor a talented production team.

• Leadership: Train, mentor, and manage a team while driving a safety/5S culture.

• Operations: Troubleshoot fabrication issues and implement process improvements.

• Requirements: 3+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience. Must be able to read blueprints, lift 40+ lbs, and handle aluminum extrusions.

Position Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assembly Supervisor to oversee our assembly line operations. This role is responsible for ensuring production goals are achieved while maintaining high quality standards and optimizing workflow efficiency.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on fabrication experience, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement. The Assembly Supervisor will lead and support team members, resolve operational issues, and serve as a key communication link between the shop floor and management.
