Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supervising production employees, maintaining production schedules, improving efficiencies, ensuring food safety and quality standards, and supporting new product development initiatives.

Experience in confectionery, bakery, snack foods, or other food manufacturing environments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations and manufacturing staff
• Lead, coach, and develop production employees
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality standards
• Monitor productivity, labor efficiency, and waste reduction
• Support new product development and production trials
• Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, sanitation, and company policies
• Partner with Quality, Maintenance, and Operations teams to resolve production issues
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Train employees on procedures and best manufacturing practices

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production supervisory experience in food manufacturing
• Experience leading manufacturing teams in a high-volume environment
• Strong understanding of GMPs and food safety requirements
• Experience improving production efficiencies
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Spanish bilingual is a plus
• Confectionery or chocolate manufacturing experience is a plus
