Job Details

We're hiring a Production Supervisor to lead a shift crew across six food production lines.

What you'll do:

• Start up and run six lines: crew the lines, stage raw materials, and cover absences with temp labor
• Oversee dough and batching, line speeds, product weights, bake, color and shape
• Enforce GMP, safety and food safety procedures, including HACCP checks and reporting
• Monitor freezer spirals and defrost schedules
• Track downtime, coordinate repairs with maintenance and submit work orders
• Handle daily labor scheduling, attendance, timekeeping and coaching/discipline with HR
• Train team members on safety, GMP and food safety
• Track material usage, maintain receiving and sanitation logs, and report end-of-shift efficiency
• Run plant safety audits and recommend process improvements to the Director of Manufacturing

What you need:

• 1-3+ years supervising or leading in food or beverage manufacturing (bakery, frozen, snack or similar)
• Working knowledge of GMP, HACCP and food safety (SQF/BRC a plus)
• Comfortable leading a large hourly crew and solving problems on the floor in real time
• Strong organization and communication skills; comfortable with Excel and basic reporting
• Associate degree preferred, not required
• Able to work the assigned shift, including occasional weekends
