    Job Title Production Supervisor

    Where You''ll Work

    Our Evansville, IN location is part of the Coatings division, and creates various breading, batter, and coating blends for Kerry brands and customers. We currently employ around 165 employees.

    Key responsibilities

    What You''ll Do

    • Efficiently execute the production schedule.
    • Develop and maintain effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with site engineers.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
    • Manage the production department budget.
    • Collaborate with the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) officer to ensure a safe workplace.
    • Ensure products are manufactured to specification and minimize losses.
    • Monitor and manage performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

    Qualifications and skills

    What You Need To Be Successful

    • A four year degree preferred in engineering, food technology or business
    • 2 to 5 years experience in a food plant or related industry.
    • Leadership experience is desirable.
    • Experience with SAP is preferred.
    • Continuous improvement understanding.
    • Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodology.
